Beginners - Step 4

I have used the Greater Phoenix Digital library a bit. I haven't yet read an e-book, but I've downloaded a couple downloadable audiobooks to listen to on an MP3 player. I think it definitely adds to the collection significantly having a downloadable library.

Beginners - Step 3

I think wikis are awesome. I bet I've spent weeks on wikipedia. I've never submitted or edited anything in a wiki. I think that a wiki would be useful in the library setting. For instance, it could act as a set of interlinked "frequently asked questions" that would involve policies and procedures, but also reader's advisory and other customer questions.

Beginners - Step 1

I think the hardest of the 7 1/2 habits to adopt for me would be to begin with the end in mind. Not that I find it terribly hard, but I guess among the choices that is the one I sometimes have trouble with. The easiest step to apply would be the last--Play!--obviously.
